电赛备赛时随手写的一个 Quick Reference Handbook。
辛苦搭建好的电路没有实现预期功能?别急着怀疑自己的硬件设计或者写好的代码,先按照这个 QRH 来把一些基础问题排查一下。
相信你有过这样的经历:忙活了半天,查来查去费了老大劲儿,最后发现是某个模块电源没接......
一、上电前检查单
- 释放静电·······························执行
- 导线连接·······························执行
- 电路极性·······························检查
- 电压电流设定·······················调整
- 交叉检查·······························建议
二、上电时检查单
- 电源指示灯··················(如果有)·················检查
- (如果)亮度低或不亮——
- 断电
- 电压电流设定检查
- 电路连接检查(包括断路、短路)
- 亮度正常——
- 继续
- (如果)亮度低或不亮——
- 温度···························································检查
- (如果)明显偏高——
- 断电
- 万用表测量电阻值
- 检查元件是否损坏
- (如果)明显偏高——
- 冒烟···························································检查
- (如果)冒烟——
- 断电
- 移除故障元件
- 检查电路连接
- 检查电压电流电阻
- 更换元件
- (如果)冒烟——
- 功能测试···················································执行
- (如果)功能异常——
- 杜邦线·········································检查
- 连接紧固性··························检查
- 通断性··································检查
- SMA线紧固性·····························检查
